Your candidate has been part of our community for many years, working diligently to make it a better place. Landing here in Northeast Ohio in 2014 on an Oil field transfer, he learned the energy resources and demands within the 6th district. Karl worked for the subsidiary, Performance Technologies under Chesepeak Industries and was apart of Ohio's great energy revolution. Safely harvesting the widely unleashed resource (natural gas) has kept Ohio's energy bills low, allowing it's residents to have more money, which has inpart caused our economy to grow. As the federal Goverment tries to put restrictions on our greastest resource, Karl plans to push back, seeking to utilize our energy to its fullest potential, combining it with alternative technologies. We will encourage alternative energies as long as the markets stay free from a federal agenda, giving people what works for them. There is truly no end to our potential, If we facilitate the entrepreneurial spirit In Ohio, giving the will to the people through their purchasing power.
In 2023 Karl had an increased desire to serve his community and ran for a Trustee position in Perry Township, Stark County. Despite losing to a well liked incumbent, he managed to pull a good percentage of the vote and gaining respect for his efforts.
Gaining a seat on the Perry Helping Perry board, a non for profit in Perry Township, has been a highlight of his community involvement allowing insight on how a community pulls together in times of needs.
Karl is a member of the Air National Guard in Mansfield Ohio, part of the 200th Red Horse squadron, a detachment of the 179th Cyber Wing.
His decisions to serve came from knowing his long line of family members history who had served, stories to include a Great Grandfather who recieved a purple heart after being wounded in WW1. Another inspiration came from his older brother who served three tours in Iraq. His passion to serve has grown with a sense of duty in recent years. Our country needs patriots that are willing to recognize that freedom is not free. His decision to run for Congress will be a bold one with many hurdles to face. Despite being a business owner of a small construction company and family man, he still considers his greatest credential for the office, to be his personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Karl feels his path for a congressional seat is imminent and part of God's will to make a difference in Washington Dc.

Term limits need to be implemented in Congress. Its been a long time coming to restrict the career politician from the corruption they commonly fall victim to. I would propose a 10 year maximum time frame as to give the representive time to learn the job and become affective for the people without adopting long term bad habits. This idea would be isolated to the House of Representatives and give power more so back to the People who are represented.
